We offer international shipping. Our standard shipping rate is $5 USD worldwide for orders below $50. Shipping is FREE for orders over $50. We also have some Free Shipping items in our shop, and you will find it in the description.
Order processing takes anywhere from 1-5 days. Our estimate delivery time is usually 2-5 weeks on average, depending on the products being shipped, and the location that they are being shipped to. Under the current Covid-19 situation, however, the delivery time has become a bit unpredictable - it can vary between 2-8 weeks depending on the location. This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality. We'll continue to share information on this page. You are encouraged to use the TRACK YOUR ORDER link to track your order. Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates. We have warehouses all over the world, if you ordered more than 1 item you may receive your order in multiple shipments in order to expedite shipping. Your order is very important to us and we are doing everything one can to make sure you are happy about your purchase.
If 12 weeks after you place your order you still have not received your item, we will happily reship your item at no cost as long as you entered the correct information on the checkout page. Please make sure to enter your correct shipping information and that there are no mistakes because we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
In the rare cases that a package is marked as delivered by the courier, but you do not receive it, we would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. This only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address. Packages are often left in unexpected locations so it’s always best to reach out to the courier first and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.
